About the Role:

We're looking for a Manager – Finance & Accounts with strong expertise in fixed assets management and accounting, preferably in SAP. The role involves ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with IND-AS, and efficient Capex and asset lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in finalization of books and preparation of IND-AS financial statements

Manage fixed assets accounting, including CWIP review, capitalization, retirement, transfers, and depreciation computation

Handle month-end activities and financial preparation of subsidiaries

Prepare GST cross charge workings and raise corporate debit notes

Perform inter-store reconciliations with head office

Prepare audit schedules and support statutory audits

What We're Looking For:

Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)

Experience in fixed asset management, preferably in SAP

Strong knowledge of IND-AS

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

Industry background in Retail, Manufacturing, or Services preferred
