You will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences for learners with diverse educational and professional backgrounds, while also developing consistent professional, technical, tools and process skill development across employees.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality learning experiences to support professionals with diverse educational and professional backgrounds.
  2. Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of learners and align with organizational objectives.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.
  4. Conduct training needs assessments and develop recommendations for improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and time management skills.
