Job Title: Expert Family Law Specialist

About the Role

We seek a seasoned legal professional to represent clients in family law cases before the Supreme Court of India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and advisory services, with excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills.

  • Represent clients in family law cases before the Supreme Court of India.
  • Attend court hearings and provide expert legal advice.
  • Draft legal documents and negotiate settlements with opposing parties.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
  • Provide exceptional client service and ensure complete satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Family Law, including litigation and advisory services.
  • Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and negotiating settlements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to empathize with clients and understand their legal needs.
  • Sound knowledge of current laws and regulations related to family law in India.
  • Experience in representing clients in the Supreme Court of India is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a legal team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
  • Membership in the Bar Council of India.
