Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage task-oriented groups and ensure successful project completion within stringent financial, quality, and time-bound targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution
  • Direct and monitor the activities of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with specifications, regulatory requirements, and deadlines.
  • Manage day-to-day work of the team, including supervising contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure work follows specifications and meets deadlines.
Fire Protection Systems
  • Have excellent exposure on all aspects of Fire Fighting Systems, Sprinkler systems, and Fire alarm system.
  • Validate design issues related to Fire Fighting and suggest alternative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fire protection systems for high-rise, residential, or commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Well-developed planning skills and result-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with at least one full cycle of project execution from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
