Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, develop and execute automated tests to verify software quality.

  • Responsibilities include converting manual test cases into automated scripts, maintaining and enhancing existing automation frameworks, and integrating them with CI/CD pipelines.
  • The ideal candidate will analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with development and other teams to ensure software meets quality standards.
  • Additional responsibilities include creating testing artifacts, configuring test environments, writing automation scripts, preparing test summary reports, etc.
Requirements

Minimum 3 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects is required.

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Software testing life cycle (STLC) is necessary.
  • Good understanding of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Postman, SoapUI, Perfecto, GenRocket, etc. is required.
  • Proficiency in Java/Spring boot and experience with SQL/any DB is desired.
  • Demonstrated experience in in-sprint and integration testing within Agile or distributed environments is preferred.
  • Understanding of test script versioning, CI/CD integration, and defect management is essential.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs from Business & IT, Onsite and Offshore teams is crucial.

Applicants must be able to actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours.
