Job Overview:

We seek a skilled professional to implement the configuration and design execution of our global SuccessFactors platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure SuccessFactors modules with a focus on Learning and Development.
  • Evaluate all system requests against business requirements and adhere to standards and naming conventions.
  • Collaborate globally to support implementation, optimization, and feature enhancements.
  • Manage prototypes, testing, issue resolution, and release management activities.
  • Make strategic decisions related to configuration, user support, and system updates.
Requirements:
  • 7-9 years of overall experience.
  • Proven experience with SuccessFactors configuration and implementation in Learning and Talent modules.
  • Strong understanding of HCM systems and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to deliver sustainable and optimized operational solutions.
