Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our QA team. As a senior test engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software testing methodologies, including Agile and SDLC principles. They will also have hands-on experience with automation tools like Playwright, as well as a strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining automation scripts using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred)
  • Test planning and implementation, including design and development of test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks
  • Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
  • Collaborating with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification with minimum 4-10 years of relevant hands-on experience in testing
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Playwright development
  • Hands-on experience in SQL query writing
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Knowledge/hands-on experience in Python development is good to have
