At Compliance Group Inc., we are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our validation efforts and ensure the highest standards of product quality throughout the development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess 6-12 years of experience in validation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  1. We are seeking a skilled individual who can develop and implement validation strategies and processes in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. FDA, ISO) and industry best practices.
  2. This person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities, establishing validation plans, protocols, and procedures to oversee the execution of validation activities.
  3. Risk assessments and risk mitigation strategies will be developed to address potential product risks, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes and streamline workflows.

A key responsibility of this role is to perform detailed risk assessments and develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies to address potential product risks.
