Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and execution of our food brand strategy. This role will drive business growth through innovative marketing initiatives, consumer engagement, and market presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with consumers.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, PR, and OOH.
  • Maintain in-depth consumer insights and market research to track brand health and generate actionable data.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams and agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
  • Design and execute Business-to-Consumer (B2C) activations, in-store promotions, and sales enablement tools to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Manage our online presence on Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) platforms and e-commerce/quick commerce marketplaces to optimize brand reach and revenue.
  • Evaluate brand performance, manage budgets, and ensure measurable outcomes through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to achieve seamless brand execution.
