Financial Process Supervisor

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cash management processes and transaction services.
This key role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a small group of employees performing routine tasks and advising on non-routine issues within cash and trade operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee and evaluate employee performance, making recommendations for promotions, terminations, and staffing changes as needed.
- Develop and implement new work procedures to increase operating efficiency and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure the team meets performance expectations by driving quality and productivity improvements.
- Avoid risks when making business decisions, maintaining a high level of integrity in all aspects of the role.
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in cash management or transaction services.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, analytical skills, and effective communication.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required.
