Business Operations Supervisor - Financial Management

About the Role:

The Business Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of financial management, including bank reconciliation processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end bank reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Network with branches across the country to facilitate effective collection and PAN management.
  • Review and resolve open bank reconciliation issues on a daily basis, minimizing manpower requirements.
  • Take ownership of finding and resolving issues for open bank reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with branches to resolve any concurrent audit issues, maintaining compliance standards.
