**Job Title: Expert Java Backend Developer**

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team. This role involves working on the development of back-end services using Java or Kotlin, with a strong focus on testing and software engineering.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing multi-threaded architectures, web services, caching, and event-driven pipelines. Additionally, they should be familiar with modern programming environments such as Docker and Kubernetes, and have practical experience in deploying code.

A strong emphasis is placed on testing, and candidates should be comfortable with Object-Oriented Design and design patterns. Experience with AWS, Redis, Kafka, NoSQL, Terraform, and monitoring tools is also desirable.

The successful candidate will be part of a hybrid team, working from home and office, with a preference for immediate or short notice periods. The location is open to Bangalore Whitefield and Chennai (Ambattur).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement back-end services using Java or Kotlin
  • Develop multi-threaded architectures, web services, caching, and event-driven pipelines
  • Deploy code in a modern programming environment using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with Object-Oriented Design and design patterns
  • Experience with AWS, Redis, Kafka, NoSQL, Terraform, and monitoring tools
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Excellent software engineering skills in Java or Kotlin
  • Strong focus on testing
  • Practical experience in deploying code in a modern programming environment

Work Environment:
