Lead AI and GenAI Solution Developer

Job Overview:

  • Manage a team of data scientists, GenAI developers, and ML engineers to design and implement advanced LLM, SLM, and RAG-based models for problem analysis and solution recommendation.
  • Create and fine-tune Generative AI models to assist in complex data pattern analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with technical architects to enhance frameworks for augmenting batch processing data architectures with streaming architectures.
  • Consult on client deployments, providing guidance on automated data pipelines and robust MLOps practices.
  • Develop use cases for various vertical-specific problem statements and lead platform demonstration meetings.
  • Mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, guiding them on best practices in GenAI, AI/ML methodologies, and coding standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of Statistics, Classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI principles.
  • Hands-on experience in AI, ML, and GenAI model development.
  • Significant exposure to cloud-based Machine Learning platforms such as Amazon Sagemaker/Azure Machine Learning Studio/Google Datalab.
  • Experience in leveraging open-source LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG-based training, and SLM model development.
  • Excellent programming skills in Python using open-source libraries.
  • Experience in working with RDBMS and NoSQL databases; Exposure to Big Data technologies.
  • 12-18 years of Machine Learning model development and application experience.
