Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Developer to join our team and design, build, and maintain innovative business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

This includes streamlining workflows, enhancing data visibility, and enabling low-code/no-code innovation—all while playing a pivotal role in modernizing our operational ecosystem.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • Build automated workflows with Power Automate, including RPA via Power Automate Desktop.
  • Create dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decisions.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Azure (Functions, Logic Apps).
  • Leverage Dataverse and connectors for secure, scalable data integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Apply best practices for architecture, governance, and security.

Provide support, troubleshooting, and documentation for deployed solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and APIs.
  • Ability to design user-friendly, responsive interfaces.
  • Familiarity with ALM, environments, and Power Platform licensing.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work across departments.

Education and Experience:

  • BE/B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or degree in a relevant field.
