Job Description:

The role of CMDB Technical Analyst is a critical part of the Information Management function. As a key team member, you will be responsible for administering and executing configuration management changes, ensuring the integrity and robustness of our CMDB data. You will work closely with IT ServiceNow System Admins and all process owners within IT to deliver business value through technology solutions.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years relevant experience in an IT industry
  • 5 years' ServiceNow experience with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • 5 years' experience in ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, SAM & HAM Modules

Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering

Key skills include:

  • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB | CSDM, Discovery & Service Mapping
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and components (servers, networks, applications)
  • Ability to define, document, and implement CMDB governance processes and procedures
  • Experience managing CI data in a ServiceNow CMDB
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • ITIL certified

Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA), CMDB Fundamentals, ITOM Discovery Implementation, CSDM Fundamental
