Job Title: Senior Biostatistician

Job Description

This role involves providing expert consultation to projects across the organization on statistical methodology, analyzing complex data sets, and leading biostatisticians in clinical research studies.

  1. Supervise and direct the work of junior statisticians and SAS programmers on clinical research studies.
  2. Develop analysis plans and statistical programs to perform analyses and display study data.
  3. Solve complex statistical problems and provide technical review of proposed statistical design for research studies.
  4. Lead biostatistician on study projects, participating in statistical process development and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology or related field.
  • At least 4 years of related experience with a Master's degree or 1 year of related experience with a PhD.
  • Experience with methodological statistical research, including publication and/or presentation of work.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with statistical methods and applications in clinical research.
  • Strong programming skills in SAS and/or R.
  • Expertise in state-of-the-art data manipulation and statistical methodology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
