Graphic Designer Role

We seek a talented Graphic Designer to play a key role in our design team, contributing to the creation of impactful stories through innovative visual presentations and designs that effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging visuals that align with client brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
  • Design interactive communication pieces that capture the essence of the client's message.
  • Meet with clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements.
  • Presentation of finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
  • Apply illustrative skills with rough sketches and work on layouts ready for print.
  • Work with a team of designers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, printers, web developers, and marketing specialists to deliver high-quality designs.
  • Proactively coordinate handoffs, share context, and align on shared goals.
  • Stay current on design trends, software updates, and best practices.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in visual design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across various mediums.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Basic skills in motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with web/UI tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Sites, and other G Suite tools.
  • Curiosity about Generative AI and emerging design tech.
  • Storyteller with strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
