About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled visual designer to lead the creation of cohesive brand experiences that resonate with customers worldwide.

This position requires designing campaign and product launch assets across various formats, including social graphics, UI mockups, email banners, landing page visuals, and motion graphics. Additionally, you will create on-brand visual systems, such as templates, illustrations, icon libraries, and scalable design kits for consistent execution across platforms.

You will work collaboratively with the content team to design compelling blog imagery, infographics, reports, and social media templates. Furthermore, you will collaborate with product designers and marketers to visually communicate product features, benefits, and user stories.

Maintaining quality and consistency across all visual outputs through structured design reviews and high standards is crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of experience in visual, graphic, or brand design in a fast-paced environment
  • A portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, brand systems, strategic thinking, layout, typography, and identity design
  • Ability to ship designs quickly without compromising quality
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma and Canva; proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Webflow, and generative AI tools is a plus
  • Experience designing creatives for product marketing, digital campaigns, websites, social media, and motion graphics
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present design rationale
