Job Role:

Search Marketing Specialist

Years of Experience: 4-6 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage online advertising campaigns for international clients across Google and Bing platforms.
  • Develop, optimize, and analyze campaign performance based on client objectives.

Primary Duties:

  • Design and execute paid marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure campaign setup meets tactical plan requirements and provide recommendations for future planning.
  • Optimize media campaigns towards target KPIs within various advertising platforms.

Required Skills:

  • At least 4 years of experience in building Paid Search/PPC campaign strategies based on client goals and objectives.
  • Expertise in building and optimizing campaigns, keyword lists, extensions, and ad copy.
  • Proficient in writing and testing ad copy.
  • Experience with Google AdWords Editor and bidding tools and strategies.
  • Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal) for effective communication.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to understand and analyze marketing campaigns data.
  • Strong Excel skills including formulas, filtering, pivot tables, and trending charts development.

Preferred Skills:

  • Working knowledge of third-party tools like DoubleClick and Omniture.
  • Experience in running Google Shopping campaigns and Macros.

  • Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects based on business needs.
  • Effective communicator able to collaborate with overseas-based colleagues.
  • Willingsness to learn new concepts with minimal guidance.
