Job Opportunity: Horticulture Business Development and Sales

PurelyGreen Goods is an emerging player in the chemical-free, organic farming business. We strive to provide healthy, eco-friendly alternatives to daily products that may not be good for your health.

As a part-time Business Development & Sales Intern, you will learn about indoor-farming, gain hands-on business development and on-ground sales experience, and still have time to study and complete your education. These are hands-on indoor-farming, business, and sales internship opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to expand the business network.
  • Assist in creating marketing strategies and promotional materials to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to recommend improvements in products and services.
  • Support the team in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align business development efforts with sales goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing BBA/BMS/B.Com or similar field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of organic farming, sustainability, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Digital Marketing tools is a plus.
