Your Role
  • Owning the sales funnel and driving sales closure.
  • Leading customer experience during a project.
  • Ensuring quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • Managing an end-to-end project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Graduation or relevant diploma.
  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience as an interior designer.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering residential modular KWS projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, including PPT presentation and AutoCAD.
  • Strong design expertise in conceptual design, layout, style, moodboard, technical design, material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation.
  • Ability to create BOQ for customers, coordinate with internal and external agencies, drive sales closure with logical and trusted sales pitch, and lead design meetings with customers.
