Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to spearhead the development of our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be an expert in container technologies, real-time data streaming, DevOps practices, and performance optimization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable enterprise-grade solutions using OpenShift, Kafka, and container-based architectures.
  • Lead migrations from legacy systems to modern, cloud-native infrastructure, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
  • Oversee system performance, high availability, and security across enterprise platforms, maintaining optimal levels of reliability and efficiency.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end architecture and DevOps integration, including CI/CD pipeline automation, to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.
  • Drive compliance, governance, and best practices in deployment and release processes, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor development teams on performance tuning, observability, and sustainable coding strategies, promoting technical expertise and innovation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence, driving business outcomes through effective partnerships.
  • Evaluate and implement tools for monitoring, alerting, and logging to improve operational visibility and reliability, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct technical reviews and performance audits to continuously enhance platform stability and speed, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience designing and delivering scalable and secure solutions using OpenShift.
  • Hands-on expertise in Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong background in containerization and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), with a deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
  • Experience leading container migrations, optimizing system performance, security, and availability, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and business value.
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD automation, with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and a passion for streamlining processes and enhancing collaboration.
  • Expertise in DevOps practices, including infrastructure-as-code (IaC), continuous monitoring, and automated deployments, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and business agility.
  • Strong mentoring skills and experience coaching teams on observability, tuning, and architectural best practices, promoting technical growth and innovation.
