Job Description

The role of a Trader Grains involves participating in face-to-face and remote selling activities to both new and existing customers.

  • Key responsibilities include executing and monitoring short-term trading strategies and books for specific commodity markets or customers based on speculative and hedged positions.
  • Reconciling routine or repetitive profit and loss estimates and reports that require some interpretation of trading practices and procedures.
  • Tracking customer and competitor activity, as well as industry trends.
Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with a minimum requirement of five years of relevant work experience in agriculture commodities trading.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in grains and pulses.
