About the Role

The Executive Housekeeper position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional results.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Effectively manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing waste.

Required Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is highly desirable.
