Job Title: Data Science Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business transformation through data-driven decision making. As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that leverage data science to drive growth and efficiency.

Your expertise in machine learning, AI, and analytics will enable us to uncover new insights and develop innovative solutions to complex business problems.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, driving project management, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

  • Create and execute a data science roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end AI and analytics programs.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Contribute to internal product development initiatives related to data science.

Mandated Skills:

  • A B-Tech/M-Tech/MBA from a top-tier Institute preferably in a quantitative subject.
  • 14+ years of hands-on experience in applied Machine Learning, AI and analytics.
  • Experience of scientific programming in scripting languages like Python, R, SQL, NoSQL, Spark with ML tools & Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong grasp of depth and breadth of machine learning, deep learning, data mining, and statistical concepts.

Desired Skills:

  • Deep understanding of ML algorithms for common use cases in both structured and unstructured data ecosystems.
  • Comfortable with large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
