Electoral Strategist

This role requires a deep understanding of Tamil Nadu's political landscape, fluency in Tamil, and the ability to engage with local stakeholders, including influencers and politicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary research through phone calls, focus group discussions, interviews, and investigative methods
• Use secondary research methods to draw up detailed reports and insights on Tamil Nadu and its constituencies

Necessary Skills:

• Bachelor's degree and above
• Willingness to travel extensively and apply themselves
• Strong data analysis, logical reasoning, and reading comprehension skills
• Structured thinking and ability to logically structure documents
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Basic understanding of politics and India's democracy
• Proficiency in Tamil is required

Good to Have Skills:

• Understanding of native place of residence's political landscape
• Exposure to working in fast-paced environments
