Workday Financials Technical Lead

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Workday expert.

Job Description:

  • The successful candidate will have expertise in all modules within Workday Financials Management, with the ability to configure and troubleshoot issues across all modules.
  • They will be responsible for driving successful project delivery through effective planning, prioritization, and resource management.
  • Collaboration with teams in the US and India will be essential in this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday Extend/Built on Workday and Workday Studio, enabling and maintaining custom developments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate review sessions with functional owners, domain experts, and end-user representatives are necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Workday Expertise 6+ years of experience as a Workday developer.
  • Proficiency in Workday Financials.
  • Experience with Indirect Tax Software integrations (e.g. Sovos, Avalara, Vertex).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack for project management and communication.
