Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

 

Data Science Leadership Role

  • Lead data science efforts to drive business growth and customer satisfaction through actionable insights.
  • Develop strategic recommendations based on thorough analysis of sales and customer data, enhancing overall performance.
  • Champion the exploration of large datasets to uncover meaningful trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies leveraging data-driven insights to improve customer experience and NPS scores.
  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset by monitoring and analyzing NPS scores and customer feedback.
  • Foster open discussions and presentations with leadership teams to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing expert guidance on leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement through expert knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure timely delivery of impactful insights to leadership stakeholders by refining reporting processes.
  • Build tactical projects using data science techniques to solve complex business problems.
  • Implement strategic projects driving NPS initiatives in collaboration with global stakeholders.
  • Utilize expertise to build new capabilities and models supporting business objectives.
  • Streamline and transform NPS processes for optimal efficiency.
  • Leads a team of 5-7 members, guiding their career growth and development through coaching, mentoring, and upskilling.
  • Expertise in project management and strong understanding of tools like Medallia, Customer Gauge, etc.
  • Awareness of key performance indicators such as NPS, CSAT, CES, Customer Churn Rate, and Customer Retention.
  • Drove customer retention, reduced churn, and increased customer satisfaction.
