AI/ML and Data Science Expert

  • Job Description:
  • We are seeking an exceptional AI/ML and Data Science expert to join our team. This individual will play a key role in building robust, scalable Predictive AI models to improve pipeline generation for B2B companies.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced AI/ML and Data Science expertise: 4+ years of experience in developing and fine-tuning advanced AI/ML and Data Science models for business applications related to Sales, Marketing, Customer and Operations.
  • Experience with Generative AI models, data from CRM, Marketing Automation, Campaign management systems, Machine Learning techniques such as XGBoost, SVMs, Random Forests, Markov Models, Bayesian, etc. in Python, Scikit-learn, PySpark, TensorFlow, etc.
  • Ability to research new methods, prototype, and implement them at scale.
  • Bonus qualifications: Deep Learning experience, practitioner of scalable, modularized, and parameterized ML programming practices, stickler for robust Data Science practices (Validation methodologies, Explainable AI, etc.)
  • Benefits:
