Architect Position

We are seeking a skilled Architect to lead our software development team in delivering high-quality solutions across multiple technology stacks.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, with a strong focus on architecture and design. They will be responsible for defining and enforcing coding standards, reviewing and approving architectural designs, and conducting regular code reviews.

The successful candidate will also serve as a technical mentor to developers and lead engineers, fostering skill development and innovation. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology decisions with business goals and lead initiatives to continuously improve engineering processes and workflows.

The role requires a deep understanding of MEAN or MERN stack technologies, proficiency in Kotlin and Swift for mobile application development, and strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Define and enforce coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
  • Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Serve as a technical mentor to developers and lead engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology decisions with business goals.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in MEAN/MERN Stack.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, enterprise-grade software solutions.
  • Experience as a technical lead, architect, or principal engineer in cross-functional teams.
