Portfolio Growth Manager

The role of Portfolio Growth Manager involves overseeing the expansion and development of clients' wealth portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing relationships, and delivering high-value solutions to High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients through effective communication, regular updates, and personalized service.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
  • Investment Advisory:
    • Provide comprehensive investment advice to clients, including portfolio rebalancing, asset allocation, and diversification strategies.
    • Conduct thorough research on various investment products, including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and alternative investments.
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact clients' portfolios.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as expanding existing client relationships or acquiring new clients.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow clients' portfolios and increase revenue.
    • Monitor and analyze market data to stay ahead of competitors and adapt to changing market conditions.
Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Portfolio Management, or related fields. Proven track record of success in managing complex client relationships, delivering high-value solutions, and driving business growth is essential. In-depth knowledge of investment products, market trends, and regulatory requirements is also necessary.
