Job Overview:

Civil engineers design, develop and maintain the infrastructure of our communities, including roads, bridges, utilities, drainage systems, and urban development. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Develop and review designs for civil infrastructure projects, incorporating industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
  • Analyze project feasibility, safety, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and plans using various design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, etc.).
  • Conduct site assessments to gather information for project planning and design.
  • Collaborate with structural, transportation, and environmental engineering teams to develop holistic solutions for complex projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field). A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering design, with exposure to multiple disciplines (structural, transportation, environmental, etc.).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Proficient in civil engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
