Job Description:

This is a senior-level position that oversees the design process for various civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and significant experience in managing teams.

Responsibilities include team leadership, project oversight, client liaison, quality control, resource management, risk management, and collaboration with other departments.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in civil design engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

  • Civil Design Expertise: In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, including site development, structural design, drainage, roads, utilities, and environmental engineering.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience leading and managing design engineering teams, with the ability to inspire and mentor staff.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, including resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
