Job Title:
Site Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our construction site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage and monitor daily construction activities, including civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
2. Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
3. Identify and resolve site-level issues, conflicts, or deviations proactively.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
