Site Overview
Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India's defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India's aerospace ecosystem.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Timely communication & projecting visibility to all stakeholders about critical parts, stock out conditions with the help of continuous engagement with internal & external stakeholders by means of available tools.
  • Management of material master data for buy parts/OSP items
  • Process documentation and updates.
  • Coordinate with customs and logistic to have smooth imports.
  • MIS work for reporting data in 1st and 2nd shift
  • Prepare OSP ageing report and taking action to reduce ageing.
  • Prepare Open PO report and its ageing
  • Documents checking for GIT material and GRN defect - pre check
  • Material Put away follow-ups and GRN follow-ups
  • MIS Support for Advance license.
  • Transaction support for Inventory and CTB - Work Allocation by Buyers.

The Ideal Candidate
Must have 1 year of experience in material co-ordination (PPC/Material Planning)

Required Qualification

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Automobile

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
