We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Platform Specialist to lead the governance, automation, and development of our enterprise environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys building scalable solutions, setting governance standards, and collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams.

You'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining a secure, compliant, and efficient Power Platform environment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead governance and lifecycle management for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • Design and implement a new environment strategy in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and support mission-critical Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint solutions.
  • Drive adoption of governance and best practices across business units.
  • Utilize tools like CoE Starter Kit, PnP, PowerShell, and Graph API to automate administration.

Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Strong hands-on skills in DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report performance optimization
  • Power Apps & Automate: Workflow engineering, connectors, packaging solutions and development
  • Power Platform governance: ALM, environment setup, DLP, security roles and licensing

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Dataverse, CoE Starter Kit, Graph API
  • PowerShell scripting and automation
  • SharePoint administration & permissions
