Job Title: Brand Communications Specialist

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Brand Communications Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Identity
    • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
    • Translate complex product and customer success stories into compelling narratives.
  • Marketing Materials
    • Design and manage decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials that showcase our brand story.
    • Partner with customers to create and amplify their success stories.
  • Social Presence
    • Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (organic + paid).
    • Plan and execute Ads and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.
    • Promote thought leadership and customer stories across social platforms.
  • Events & Showcases
    • Drive brand presence at industry events, conferences, and partner showcases.
    • Own pre-event communication, on-ground branding, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
  • Outreach & Campaigns
    • Leverage technology to run automated outreach and nurture workflows.
    • Design and execute cold email campaigns to targeted prospects.
    • Align ABM efforts with sales and partnerships.
  • Measurement & Insights
    • Track performance of brand, social, and outreach initiatives.
    • Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen brand positioning.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Tech marketing, with focus on branding, communications, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Ads, HubSpot, cold email campaigns, and ABM strategies.
  • Experience creating impactful collateral and managing brand presence at events.
  • A data-driven mindset with comfort in tracking and reporting campaign impact.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
