Job Title: Technical Documentation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled technical documentation specialist to create and revise high-quality documentation for electro-mechanical assemblies. This includes Component Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogues, Service Bulletins, and Temporary Revisions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills and be able to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuit diagrams to produce clear and concise procedures and functional descriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ATA iSpec 2200, S1000D) and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Utilize structured documentation formats such as XML or SGML
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Illustrator, IsoDraw CAD Process, or CorelDRAW for technical illustrations
  • Strong understanding of ATA 100, ATA iSpec 2200, S1000D, and Simplified Technical English
  • Experience working with CAD tools like CATIA V5, UG (NX), and SolidWorks to generate accurate visuals
