Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This is a remote position that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To identify and resolve software bugs in the software development lifecycle by working closely with development teams.
  • To implement automated tests for multiple testing scenarios across various country instances.
  • To extend automation test coverage to support early detection of bugs and risks.
  • To collaborate with country distribution and core domain squads to achieve software quality goals.
  • To propose process improvements aligned with our continuous improvement strategy and drive their implementation.
  • To have mastery of required tools and components to perform assigned tasks.
  • To follow software development best practices and methodologies adopted by the company.
  • To produce relevant documentation and guidelines to support the quality as everyone's responsibility strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in automated testing.
  • Knowledge of at least one software development language.
  • Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
  • Experience building automated test suites for build/regression testing.
  • Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools.
Benefits and Valued Qualifications:
  • Experience building Load/Stress Tests using JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark or similar.
  • Experience in a continuous integration/deployment environment.
  • Experience building tests in the context of a microservice/SOA architecture.
  • Experience testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured,or similar tools.
