Job Title: Product Owner

As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day liaison between product management and engineering teams. Your primary focus will be on executing the product roadmap.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment. They will possess a proven track record of working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product backlog.

Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

  • Product Roadmap Execution: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute product plans and deliver high-impact features.
  • Backlog Management: Own and maintain the product backlog for your assigned engineering team, ensuring that user stories and acceptance criteria are well-defined and prioritized based on business value.
  • Requirements Clarification: Provide clarity and understanding of user stories and business requirements to the development team, facilitating effective communication and removing roadblocks.
  • User Story Creation: Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories that include acceptance criteria and dependencies, ensuring engineers can build solutions with minimal ambiguity.
  • Acceptance & Testing: Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets the definition of done and the original requirements before it is released to QA or production.
Required Skills and Qualifications
