We are seeking a seasoned cloud Java technical lead to spearhead the development of high-performance, scalable systems utilizing modern software design principles and cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust system architectures aligned with microservices principles and best practices.
  • Develop scalable system solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies.
  • Lead the migration of monolithic applications to cloud-native microservices architectures.
  • Mentor and manage a team of developers, guiding them through technical challenges and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and present system architectures that meet business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
  • Strong expertise in designing microservices and scalable systems, including experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes); cloud certifications are preferred.
  • Experience in establishing CI/CD practices and leading teams in agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with analytics dashboards and the ability to manage high data volumes.
  • Strong client management skills and ability to present complex architectures clearly.
