Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Defect Resolution Specialist.

This position is responsible for reviewing and assessing defects in gas turbine components or concessions raised during manufacturing.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and assess non-conformances raised in maintenance of gas turbine components or concessions raised during manufacturing.
  • Analyze technical publications such as Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Engine Shop Manual (ESM), Engine Maintenance Manual (EMM), Service Bulletin (SB), and other supporting documentation for effective troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Support in-service operation and engine overhaul by providing solutions to salvage engine components.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge in Gas Turbine Engine/LRU assembly/disassembly and build shop.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of various damages and different salvage methods.

Requirements:
  • Mandatory Skill: Non-Conformance, Gas Turbine Engine, Repair Concessions.
  • A minimum of 3-8 years of experience in a similar role.
