We're looking for a skilled Test Architect to join our team at Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our clients' digital journeys.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing Testing Strategies: Develop comprehensive testing strategies that align with project goals and requirements.
  • Architecting Test Solutions: Design the overall testing architecture, including frameworks, tools, and processes to be used throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technology Selection: Select appropriate testing tools, frameworks, and technologies based on project needs and requirements.
  • Defining Standards and Best Practices: Establish coding standards, testing methodologies, and best practices for the testing team to follow.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders such as developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and approaches.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks related to testing, and implement mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize test performance, including execution time and resource utilization, to ensure efficient testing processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the testing organization, including process enhancements, tooling upgrades, and skill development.
  • Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to testing team members to improve their skills and capabilities.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that testing processes and practices adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Desired Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience is required.
  • Great Communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
