Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structuring Specialist to join our team. This role will involve enhancing the research platform for existing or new trading strategies, working closely with senior team members to design systems and strategies, and providing timely support to global business groups.

Mandatory Skills
  • Hands-on experience in application development using Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving and design skills with event-driven, server-side distributed architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills, including knowledge of finance and statistics.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
  • CFA Level I qualification.
  • Experience with KDB or other time-series databases.
  • Application profiling and performance tuning skills.
