Job Overview:

As a key member of our finance operations team, we are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to support daily financial tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare and circulate daily financial reports among senior management and owners.
  • Audit revenue transactions and generate necessary reports by department or outlet.
  • Reconcile credit cards daily and post to the system.
  • Ensure proper backup and authorization for rebates and discounts.
Cashiering Duties:
  • Collect and count cashier envelopes daily with a witness.
  • Record all amounts received in the general cashier daily report.
  • Manage and reconcile petty cash, disburse cash after verifying requests, and maintain a register of petty cash advances.
Accounting Tasks:
  • Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist with financial reporting.
  • Assist the chief accountant with annual and interim audits.
  • Maintain proper filing and ensure adherence to record retention policies.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of related experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Working Conditions:

Frequent sitting, use of hands, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Occasional standing, walking, and performing tasks that require physical exertion.
