Job Title: Technical Assistance Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Assistance Coordinator to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and training a team of Field and District Coordinators in charge of providing technical support to government officials on the implementation of our Safe Water program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a team of Field and District Coordinators responsible for government advocacy and capacity building, direct coordination of the different stakeholders involved, and communication of progress and challenges to leadership.
  • Implement systems that enable Field and District Coordinators to perform their government advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and project implementation duties.
  • Train Field and District Coordinators on capacity building around our Safe Water program so they can train their respective government officials at the district and subdistrict levels.
  • Carry out field visits to intervention locations to provide program and technical support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience with proven increasing responsibilities in project management, program operations, and scaling strategies.
  • Strong ability to use internal information management systems for analytical, decision-making, and monitoring purposes.
  • Experience handling geographically dispersed teams and holding them accountable to target timelines.
  • Experience conducting Training of Trainers (ToT) modules to build capacities of staff in charge of providing technical assistance to government officials.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience working with national/international organizations, particularly on program delivery and technical assistance.
