**Data Engineer Position Summary:**

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer with strong Python programming expertise to design, develop, and implement efficient data pipelines, web scraping solutions, and data visualizations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop optimized Python scripts for large-scale data collection, transformation, and analysis.
  • Design and implement web scraping solutions to extract structured and unstructured data from diverse online sources.
  • Perform thorough data cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective data-driven solutions.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming, including key libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with web scraping tools, such as Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, and Selenium.
  • Solid understanding of databases, with expertise in SQL and exposure to PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
  • Experience with data visualization libraries, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, and/or Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git.
