5G Network Specialist

We are seeking an experienced 5G Network Specialist to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of Radio Access Networks (RANs).

This is a high-impact role that requires strong technical expertise in conducting comprehensive tests and validations of 5G RAN functionalities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining wireless coverage requirements, selecting radio solutions based on project needs, and performing RAN network interference analysis and mitigation.

In addition, the specialist will assist customers in procuring Private 5G spectrum, preparing bill-of-materials (BoM)/bill-of-quantity (BoQ) as per project requirements, and helping customers raise purchase orders.

Staying up-to-date on various OEM solutions and showcasing product offerings as per customer business challenges and requirements is also an essential part of this role.

The successful candidate should have strong technical knowledge of 5G RAN, networking protocols, and software-defined networks (SDNs).

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive tests and validations of 5G RAN functionalities
  • Defining wireless coverage requirements and selecting radio solutions
  • RAN network interference analysis and mitigation support
  • Understanding spectrum requirements and assisting customers in procurement
  • Preparing BoM/BoQ and helping customers raise POs
  • Staying up-to-date on various OEM solutions and showcasing product offerings
