Job Title: Oracle HCM Consultant

We are seeking a skilled consultant to join our team in implementing Oracle Fusion Payroll. If you have hands-on expertise in this system, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Lead or participate in payroll implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live.
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific needs.
  • Configure the payroll module and tailor solutions to align with client requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support and optimize solutions for enhanced efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in Payroll.
  • Completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas.
  • Analytical skills to resolve complex challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Willingness to travel onsite for long-term projects as needed.
