As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire loan process, from application to closing. We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record of success in mortgage origination, with expertise in RESPA/TRID regulations and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct day-to-day management of the mortgage origination team
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and quality
  • Interface with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure successful loan closings
  • Manage performance reviews, training, and development of team members
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

Requirements:

  • Minimum 72-84 months of mortgage origination experience
  • Working knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
